Hello! For the eighth day of Blogmas, I have another cookie recipe! Knots!

These weren’t my best execution. I took them out too early, so I had to put them back in, and they ended up a little too dry. But on the first night they were close to the correct soft texture and the taste is delicious– They became my favorite cookie so far. I would also store them in an airtight container to keep them soft.

We have not yet put up the Christmas tree. Maybe we’ll do that this week.
